Back to the Future 4×4 ( Toyota Hilux SR5 4×4 X-tra cab ) 1984
Back to the Future
In 1985, Statler Toyota received a new truck painted in black. When Marty McFly returned from 1955, the improved present placed the vehicle in his garage and he had possession of the keys. Its license plate number was 2BAK860. Back to the Future is the greatest films of the 1980s, one of the best science-fiction films ever made, and one of the greatest films of all time.

ZZ Top – Doublback
I got shot through a space not long ago,
I thought I knew the place so well.
It wasn’t the same, now it goes to show,
Sometime you never can tell.
I’m lookin’ high and low, don’t know where to go,
I got to double back, my friend.
The only way to find, what I left behind
I got to double back again, double back again.
You know I’m movin on in this fine machine,
Rollin’ on through the night.
Seein’ things like I’ve never seen
And it’s taking me outta sight.
Lookin’ high and low, don’t know where to go,
I got to double back, my friend.
The only way to find, what I left behind
I got to double back again, double back again.
It’s got me up and down,
I been lost and found,
Down in a deep dark hole.
Looks like my luck has changed,
I been rearranged
And I’m coming out on a roll.
Lookin’ high and low, don’t know where to go,
I got to double back, my friend.
The only way to find, what I left behind
I got to double back again, double back again.

Marty McFly: Hey, Doc! Where you goin’ now? Back to the future?
Doc: Nope. Already been there.
The Hilux 4X4 was a pickup truck manufactured by Toyota
His plans shifted to driving Jennifer Parker up to the lake; however, Emmett Brown’s arrival in the DeLorean time machine from 2015 halted those plans. Marty would return on Sunday to find Biff Tannen waxing his new truck. He drove to Jennifer’s house and woke her up from the porch he and Doc had placed her on back in 1985A.
Marty and Jennifer drove past Hilldale where they had a recollection of the future, when Needles and his gang drove up beside them and challenged them to a drag race. Marty declined but after being called ‘chicken’, he braced for takeoff. Marty drove in reverse at the turn of the green light and watched as the near lane was soon taken by a Rolls Royce, which he might have hit had he continued racing.
Marty drove Jennifer to the site of the DeLorean’s destruction along the train tracks when they heard the sound of bells.

[on the phone while all the clocks chime at once]
Dr. Emmett Brown: Are those my clocks I hear?
Marty McFly: Yeah, it’s 8:00.
Dr. Emmett Brown: Perfect! My experiment worked! They’re all exactly 25 minutes slow!
Marty McFly: Wait a minute. Wait a minute, Doc. Are you telling me that it’s 8:25?
Dr. Emmett Brown: Precisely.
Marty McFly: Damn! I’m late for school!
[hangs up, grabs his skateboard and rushes out ]

Marty McFly: [sees a tow truck pull up with a 4×4 Toyota on the flat bed] Check out that 4×4. That is hot. Someday, Jennifer. Someday. Wouldn’t it be great to take that truck up to the lake? Throw a couple of sleeping bags in the back. Lie out underneath the stars.
Trivia
While filming the ‘parking’ scene with Marty and young Lorraine in the car, the production crew decided to play a practical joke at Michael J. Fox’s expense. The scene called for Fox to drink from a prop liquor bottle filled with water and do a spit take when he sees Lorraine with a cigarette. However, the prop liquor bottle was switched for one which contained real alcohol inside. Fox, unaware of this, performed the scene and drank from the bottle, only to discover the switch.
Trivia
Clint Eastwood was asked for permission about his name being used for Marty in the 3rd film. He consented and was said to be tickled by the homage.

In the opening sequence, all of Doc’s clocks read 7:53 (25 minutes slow) except for one clock. It is on the floor next to the case of plutonium and it reads 8:20.
