This film will be Daniel Craig’s fifth and final appearance as James Bond. Scheduled to be released in 2020, the movie will also be Craig’s fourteenth year in tenure as James Bond since his first in Casino Royale (2006). This will, by tenure, make Craig the longest running actor playing James Bond in the official series since the late Roger Moore’s era between the early 1970s to the mid 1980s, which ran for twelve years, between Live and Let Die (1973) and A View to a Kill (1985). By film count Craig will come third, after Sean Connery with six and Roger Moore with seven (though Connery also has seven if unofficial film Never Say Never Again (1983) is counted).
In June 2019, production went back to Norway to shoot a driving sequence along the Atlantic Ocean Road featuring an Aston Martin V8 Vantage.[104] Aston Martin also confirmed that the DB5, DBS Superleggera, and Valhalla models would feature in the film.

The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.
The new James Bond movie, No Time to Die, will pay tribute to two supercars from Aston Martin’s past: the DB5 and the V8 Saloon. It will also feature the 2021 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera and a concept car that has yet to grace Palm Beach Gardens streets: the Aston Martin Valhalla!

Reportedly, Daniel Craig is expected to going to be dramatically cutting back on doing any dangerous stunt work in this film, due to his age and his injury on Spectre (2015). The UK ‘Mirror’ newspaper has reported a source has said: “It’s a big bone of contention. Rachel [wife Rachel Weisz] doesn’t want him in agony again. None of his aches and pains have gone away completely” and “there’s a legacy to all these injuries and she lives with them. They’ve come to an agreement about how hard he will push himself and he is pulling back from the edge this time. It’s a prerequisite.” Craig has said: “I knackered my knee and had surgery, I’ve had my right shoulder reconstructed, my other knee operated on and my thumb got hurt.” Gary Powell, stunt co-ordinator for Craig, added that it will be hard to get him to slow down: “He’s intrepid. It’s pretty hard to stop him. But he lives with the injuries and those aches and pains stay with you long after filming.” Reportedly, a source has said that Weisz has lost sleep at night and cannot fathom seeing her husband potentially getting injured on a big action movie shoot which she has allegedly nick-named “the boxing ring”.

Reportedly, James Bond actor Daniel Craig personally hand-picked Cuban actress Ana de Armas to play Paloma in this Bond movie, after working with her on Knives Out (2019), which first released about only four months before No Time to Die was originally meant to release.

Trivia
The official launch and announcement for the film took place at GoldenEye in Jamaica, once the home of Ian Fleming, where he created the James Bond character in 1952. Ian Fleming wrote twelve novels and two collections of short stories on the island. GoldenEye is owned and operated by Island Outpost, founded by Chris Blackwell who formerly owned Island Records. GoldenEye though was not used as a filming location for the movie but key creatives and principal cast did stay at Goldeneye for this live reveal event and during the Jamaican leg of the shoot.
OPENING SCENE
The opening sequence of No Time to Die instead is centered around Lea Seydoux’s Madeleine and reveals a traumatic memory from her childhood in which “Safin (Rami Malek), wearing a Japanese Noh mask, kills her mother, pursues Madeleine through the home, and hunts her down on a frozen lake.

It is the theme song for the upcoming James Bond film of the same name, and was released through Darkroom and Interscope Records on February 13, 2020. The song was written by Eilish and her brother Finneas O’Connell, and recorded in a bedroom studio.
At age 18, Eilish is the youngest artist to have written and recorded a James Bond theme song.
