On The Gadget Show this week – how to get a huge screen on a budget. Jon’s testing 3 entry level short throw projectors to see which is best for those home cinema sessions. Ortis and Craig go head-to-head in this week’s challenge – this time can a portable speaker almost half the price of Sonos’ roam kick it with the big brand?

RUNNING ORDER- episode 9

1. DEAL OF THE WEEK: Black Friday app
2. THE JON TEST:  First off John Tests out 3 top brand short trow projectors. Starting with the Optima HD29HST, the Epson EF-12 and The Chosen WINNER as its 4K is the BenQ TK700STi
3. QUIZ TECH TEASER: Craig sets a quiz before the break  “What was the subject of the first film ever played on a projector?”   Then after the add break the ANSWER is given: A Hourse Lots of photographs of a hourse galloping.
4. This is followed by FUND OR FAIL : Craig sets out 3 up and coming gadgets to see if they had a FUND or FAIL. inc Soring Shoes FAIL , Banana LOCA FUND.
5. A return of a popular segment called THE CHALLENGE: where 2 of the gang compare different priced , or Old / New gadgets. This week is Craig v Ortis to test out Bluetooth Portable Speakers, with CRAIG and the better well known Sonos Roam and ORTIS: with the cheeper brand Tribit Stormbox . With a 2-0 win to the Sonos and winner being decided later on in the show.
6. TOP 5 : Georgie introduces her top 5 clock radioes, 5: i-box, 4: Ruggie, 3: Sonos Bomb, 2: Sleep as Android app, and at 1: Lumie Sunrise Alarm.
